Skiing

Skiing is undoubtedly the most popular winter sport in the Abetone Ski Resort. With over 50 km of interconnected ski slopes, linked by ski lifts and connecting runs, skiers can admire the breathtaking snow-covered mountain scenery and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding natural landscape.

The ski slopes wind peacefully through the local coniferous forests, which stretch from the valley floor almost to the mountain summits.

Abetone offers ski slopes for every level of experience: black runs for advanced skiers, red runs for intermediate skiers and blue runs for beginners. Every slope is clearly marked, and many are located close to welcoming mountain huts, where visitors can relax and enjoy a refreshing break between runs.
